Rules

these are the rules for the second season of Cranford Wiffle ball

• only three people in the field at a time (Pitcher, middle of second and third, and middle of first and second)

• Three strikes, Four balls

• No pitch limit

• Innings of each game varies, from how much time someone has, to what the score is

• There is no time limit

• if runner is pegged they are out

• 4 players on each team is the max

• to join the league you must answer the submission form

• there are umpires

• hit by pitch is only a ball

• no using other teams bats

• if ball flies through the fence it is double

• if it goes under the fence, it is also a double

• If you field it cleanly before it rolls past the base the batter is out but the runner needs to keep running

• If runner is heading home and hits the backstop before they get there they are out (only going back if not halfway there yet)

• no arguing with the call

• umpires will review the call if they choose too

• pitcher must face three batters before taken out

• first round playoffs are best of 3 championship is best of 5

• If hit by pitch in the head it is a walk if it is below the head its a ball.

• Bunt zone: If the ball is in the bunt zone and it stops rolling the batter is automatically out.
